Sinclair Workforce Development is partnering with connexHR to launch a new CEO and Key Executive Series aimed at elevating and empowering the businesses within the Dayton region.

After surveying local key executives, we have identified the most critical issues facing new and established CEOs. This series was designed to address these challenges head-on. We also understand the amount of time, focus and commitment it takes to be a successful CEO, and how the smallest decisions can have a large impact on an organization.

Participants will gain an enhanced skill set needed to maximize the capabilities of their employees to boost profits and improve productivity. They will also have the opportunity to connect with peer CEOs in the region to learn about their companies and experiences.

With over 25 years of experience helping businesses solve human capital challenges, Chandra’s tenure includes leadership positions at Manville Corporation, Time Warner and Nationwide. She also holds a Master of Science degree in education with a focus in behavioral science from the University of Dayton.

Chandra is an inspirational leader with a passion for developing C-Suite executives to maximize their contributions in organizational performance. Her intuitive nature allows her to provide business solutions through people to drive organizational alignment, brand and culture. Chandra sees the potential in people and identifies the best way to utilize their talents and aspirations.
 

MICHAEL SAGERT
Systems and Analytics

 

Michael has over 15 years of HR and IT experience in helping businesses meet human capital challenges, including tenure in training, information systems and compensation positions. His background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in computer science from Kent State University.

By utilizing research-based methodologies, Michael assists organizations in creating cultures that grow employees to be engaged high-performers. This includes developing systemic approaches to implement change to elevate people and culture within an organization.
