The Foundational Leadership Series is designed to build essential skills for new or growing leaders. About Building a Culture of Accountability
At every level in every organization, projects begin, tasks are assigned, and deadlines are met… or missed. Directions are given but employees don’t understand them. Results are promised, but not always delivered. Expectations are misunderstood or never confirmed to begin with. It’s not really anyone’s fault – it’s just a fact that people often fail to communicate clearly and concisely.
Building a Culture of Accountability provides a judgment-free learning environment for strengthening personal accountability in self and others. Learning is reinforced through lively group discussion, role play, and customized learning activities providing participants with an opportunity to practice these skills before applying them in the workplace.
