Foundational Leadership Series: Coaching for Engagement

Are leaders born or made?

Foundational Leadership 2018

Based upon more than a decade of work in leadership learning and development, we’ve found that with the right combination of innovative skill-building tools and customized learning solutions, effective leaders can be “made” especially with Sinclair guiding them along the way.

The Foundational Leadership Series is designed to build essential skills for new or growing leaders. Each session has been developed to provide learners with a fundamental understanding of the techniques and concepts related to that particular subject area through lively discussion, relevant case studies and hands-on experiential activities designed to enhance learning.

About Coaching for Engagement
It’s no secret technology is driving unprecedented change in today’s workplace. But, no matter how sophisticated organizations have become, people still need to communicate effectively with other people. And a key part of effective communication is giving and receiving feedback in the form of one-on-one coaching between managers and employees.

Coaching others is one of the most critical, underdeveloped skills among individuals in leadership roles. Coaching to Build Employee Engagement is designed to instill basic coaching techniques that increase employee engagement and positively impact performance.
