Based upon more than a decade of work in leadership learning and development, we’ve found that with the right combination of innovative skill-building tools and customized learning solutions, effective leaders can be “made” especially with Sinclair guiding them along the way.
The Foundational Leadership Series is designed to build essential skills for new or growing leaders. Each session has been developed to provide learners with a fundamental understanding of the techniques and concepts related to that particular subject area through lively discussion, relevant case studies and hands-on experiential activities designed to enhance learning.

About Leadership Quick Start
Team leader, supervisor, manager - all of these titles require leadership skills. But what exactly does a leader look like and what do they do? This session will teach new, emerging, and seasoned leaders about SMART goals, the building blocks of leadership, and the importance of building trust. Participants will also take a self-assessment to determine their own personal leadership style.
