Each session has been developed to provide learners with a fundamental understanding of the techniques and concepts related to that particular subject area through lively discussion, relevant case studies and hands-on experiential activities designed to enhance learning.

About Supervisor Quick Start
Team leader, supervisor, manager – whatever the new title, that first step into a leadership role, especially a promotion from within, can be filled with a mix of both excitement and trepidation. The skills they possess as an individual contributor may have led to the promotion but will not necessarily lead to success in the new role. New leaders take on a whole new set of duties and responsibilities that require special skills – ones that are different from the technical know-how developed in previous jobs and over the course of their career.
Being promoted from within comes with a host of challenges that can strain even the most enthusiastic new leaders. Not only do the duties and responsibilities change but workplace relationships, boundaries, and measures of success change as well. This learning program is designed to build a strong base upon which individuals can begin their leadership journey.
