February 7 - June 12, 2024 (see schedule below)
Sinclair Centerville Campus, 5800 Clyo Rd., Centerville, OH 45459
Successful organizations recognize that basic leadership training is not enough to prepare managers for the growing demand for higher-skilled workers. The Next Level Leadership Series is designed for seasoned leaders who are ready to accelerate their leadership skills.
Participants will meet in person monthly, with the exception of March, which will have two in-person sessions, from 9am-12pm. There will also be a monthly Leadership Exchange session, where participants share in an open forum discussion how they have applied the skills from the previous session, discuss challenges and ask questions. The Leadership Exchange sessions will meet virtually from 9am-10am.
Included in the cost of this series, each participant will complete a Life Styles Inventory assessment and participate in a 360 degree review from up to 12 associates, and receive a 90-minute one-on-one coaching session to review their results.
