Preparing for Difficult Conversations
Through the course of our work there are conversations we all steer clear from: delivery of bad news, uncomfortable or sensitive subjects, or addressing a team-members behavior and inaction. We avoid or bypass the conversation because we see them as a potential area of difficulty or conflict. Yet difficult conversations will happen and when they do you want to be ready rather than be ill-prepared. In this session, we will provide an approach that will better equip you to have these tough conversations with better preparation and minimized stress.
