The Sinclair Conference Center is the only full-service conference center in the region certified through the esteemed International Association of Conference Centers. Serving over 400 business and non-profit clients and over 100,000 individuals annually, the conference center is best known for its exceptional food, superior client service, state-of-the-art technology, versatile show-stopping spaces and easy and convenient on-site parking.

It is the venue of choice for more than 1,200 community events, business and professional association meetings, trade shows and conferences and non-profit events each year. Events for local organizations include: the American Heart Association, Clothes That Work!, Dayton Opera, Dayton Visual Arts Center, Hospice of Dayton, Kettering Medical Center Foundation, National Conference for Community and Justice and Noble Circle.

Conveniently located on Sinclair’s downtown campus, the conference center offers a wide variety of rentable spaces appropriate for galas, conferences, receptions, board meetings, small group meetings, classroom training and theater-style presentations.

Make any big day unforgettable! The Great Hall is a stunning venue with seating for up to 500 guests, space to accommodate a DJ or band and an array of audio-visual services. Sinclair’s event planners are highly-skilled at shaping the details for wedding receptions including seating and floor arrangements, decorations, and, most importantly, creating the perfect dinner from a customizable menu of delectable entrees and desserts. Across 33,757 square feet of rentable meeting space, the Sinclair Conference Center offers a wide array of collaborative and interactive rooms for small groups, board meetings, break-out sessions, classroom training, theater presentations and large functions.
