How TechCred Works?

Choose Your Training: Identify the skills your employees need and select an eligible credential that fits your workforce and business goals.

Apply for Funding: Apply during an open TechCred application period. Sinclair Workforce Development can help you understand the requirements and navigate the application process.

Train, Earn & Get Reimbursed: Once approved, employees complete the training and earn the credential. Employers then submit for reimbursement of eligible training costs.
*Businesses awarded funding through TechCred may be reimbursed up to $1,000 per person, per credential; $30,000 per application.
