Based upon more than a decade of work in leadership learning and development, we’ve found that with the right combination of innovative skill-building tools and customized learning solutions, effective leaders can be “made” especially with Sinclair guiding them along the way.

The Foundational Leadership Series is designed to build essential skills for new or growing leaders. Each session has been developed to provide learners with a fundamental understanding of the techniques and concepts related to that particular subject area through lively discussion, relevant case studies and hands-on experiential activities designed to enhance learning.

About Managing Conflict with Confidence
We often assume that conflict is always negative; something that should be avoided! However, people are inherently different and conflict simply happens when these differences come to light.

Conflict management is a process that allows people to explore and understand our differences and use them to interact in a more positive, productive way. Participants will complete the TKI (Thomas-Kilman Instrument) assessment. This tool reveals individual’s primary approach to handling conflict and how the exclusive use of this mode positively and negatively affects their ability to manage conflict effectively.
