Based upon more than a decade of work in leadership learning and development, we’ve found that with the right combination of innovative skill-building tools and customized learning solutions, effective leaders can be “made” especially with Sinclair guiding them along the way.

The Foundational Leadership Series is designed to build essential skills for new or growing leaders. About Managing Conflict with Confidence
We often assume that conflict is always negative; something that should be avoided! However, people are inherently different and conflict simply happens when these differences come to light.

Conflict management is a process that allows people to explore and understand our differences and use them to interact in a more positive, productive way.
