Salesforce is a CRM (customer relationship management) solution that will allow your organization to track all clients, donors, volunteers, and organizational contacts in one system. Salesforce offers FREE 10 user licenses for eligible Non-Profits*

 

1st Nonprofit Cohort Training Dates:

(Classes will be virtual via Zoom and will include hands-on access to Salesforce):

Session 1: Overview and Development Management - Tuesday, January 28, 8am-12pm

Session 2: Volunteer Management and Reporting/Dashboarding - Thursday, January 30, 8am-12pm

Session 3 - Basic Administration/ Open Q&A - Tuesday, February 4, 8am-12pm
