Sinclair’s Supervisor Series is designed specifically for supervisors who want to learn essential skills to be successful in their role. Learn practical strategies to: build successful relationships with your direct reports through delegation and coaching, prioritize your time effectively, and keep your team inspired to do their best work. Through interactive, hands-on experiences, you’ll learn the tangible skills you need to develop the confidence and competence it takes to manage a successful team.

 Lunch will be provided each day.
